At Cornerstone Family Practice our aim is to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.
We aim to keep the out of pocket cost to our patients as low as possible while providing the best quality care.
Bulk Billing
- Patient below 16years of age , above 75years and concession/health care card holders are BULK BILLED
- DVA gold card holders and white card ( for listed condition ) are BULK BILLED
Practice Fee
For all other patients not listed above the standard practice fee will apply.
All consultations on public holiday are privately billed.
All procedures are privately billed.
ALL consultation on weekend will incur extra $5 charge
